Who these terms are with

This website is operated by 99SA Ventures Private Limited, a private limited company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company, and "you" means anyone using the site.

By using aicoworkers.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the website only: the pages, the words on them, and the enquiry routes they offer.

They do not cover an AI coworker deployment. If we build and deploy a coworker for your company, that is done under a separate written agreement covering scope, access, security, service levels, liability, and fees. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, that agreement wins.

Using the site

You may read this site, quote it with attribution, and share it. You may not:

• use it in a way that breaks any law that applies to you
• try to gain access to any part of it that is not published
• interfere with it, overload it, or attempt to disrupt it for anyone else
• scrape or copy it wholesale in order to pass it off as your own material

We may suspend access if any of the above happens, and we do not have to warn you first.

What is on the site

The words, artwork, brand mark, and layout on this site belong to us, except where we have said otherwise. Product names belonging to other companies are used to describe what our software works with, and those names belong to their owners.

We write comparison pages about other companies' products. Those pages set out our honest view, including where we think another option is the better choice. Nothing on them is a statement made on behalf of the company being compared.

Accuracy, and what we do not promise

We keep this site accurate and we correct it when it is wrong. But it is marketing material, not a specification, and it is provided as it is.

We are pre-launch and working with design partners. We hold no completed certifications and we say so plainly on our security page. Nothing on this website is a warranty, a service level, or a commitment to build anything for you.

Nothing here is legal, security, or professional advice. Have your own advisers read anything that matters before you rely on it.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we do not control what is at the other end and we are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from anything you decided on the basis of it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when it last moved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
